2. User Access and Permissions

• Permissions: No permissions are required. Mouse Jiggler works entirely within the app without accessing system settings or requesting access to your device.

3. Features

• Free Features: The app offers essential jiggling functionality for free, including both Vibration and Image modes. Users can start and stop jiggling, choose motion types, and use the app without any account or setup.
• PRO Features: Upgrading to PRO unlocks advanced options such as Smart Motion, Stopwatch (auto-stop at a chosen time), and other customization features to better support professional and remote work scenarios.
• In-App Purchases: The app includes a one-time purchase to unlock PRO features. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
• Refunds: All purchases are handled securely by Apple. If needed, users can request a refund directly through Apple’s support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• Ownership of App Content: All intellectual property related to Mouse Jiggler, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Bohdan Bilous. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to use Mouse Jiggler responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Misuse, including attempts to reverse engineer the app or bypass system restrictions, is strictly prohibited.
